Warrior Yoga

Warrior Yoga is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition.

This class is 60 minutes long and incorporates sequences of stretches and movements aimed at strengthening the body, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Each class ends with a period of restorative relaxation.
