At Eastern Hills Martial Arts & Fitness we have a variety of classes and disciplines that members can take up. Our classes include Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Kids Karate and Kickboxing, Warrior Yoga, Bootcamp and Cardio Kickboxing.
Once you are a full member you may attend as many classes as you wish from our timetable; although Krav Maga is an optional class and does require an extra monthly fee.

Bootcamp
A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by fitness centres, gyms and personal trainers.
Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a fitness plan that may be appropriate for several fitness goals, including improving aerobic conditioning, building muscle and losing fat.
Kids Karate & Kickboxing
A form of Martial Arts for school- aged children (6+ year olds).
Tetsuryu
TetsuRyu brings you the very best of Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ground Fighting, Arnis Stick and Knife Fighting and the Hand to Hand Self Defence skills that are so necessary in todays violent world.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a great standalone martial art and a superb platform from which to develop the core essentials for the other arts we offer.
Warrior Yoga
Warrior Yoga is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition.
